Information on personal data processing for recuitment and interviews

If you have been contacted by Squadrati as part of the research activities, pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation on the protection of personal data, you can find information on the processing of your personal data below.

Squadrati Srls is the data controller; the data subject is the natural person to whom the personal data refer.

Personal data is requested directly from the data subject and processed exclusively within the limits of what is necessary for identifying subjects who present the necessary requirements to participate in the research project carried out by the Controller. The legal basis for the processing is the voluntary participation of the interested party in one or more specific research activities organized by Squadrati.
The provision of personal data is a requirement necessary only to participate to the research activities carried out by the Data Controller: therefore, the data subject is not obliged to provide his/her personal data to the Controller; however, any failure to provide such data shall make it impossible to participate in the selection and subsequent evaluation activities carried out by the Controller, without any further consequences.

The processing activities carried out by the Data Controller concern and/or may concern the personal data of the data subject, both identification data (including, by way of example: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail, photo images, level of education, professional qualification), both data related to his/her buying habits or his/her interests, depending on the subject of the research carried out by the Controller. In any case, the processing will never concern special categories of personal data pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 GDPR, such as data pertaining to the health status of the data subject, or personal data revealing his/her racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or criminal convictions and offences.

The data collected may be processed in paper form or by electronic and even partially-automated means, with the observance of all appropriate measures to ensure security and confidentiality; it may be disclosed only to subjects expressly authorized to carry out the processing under the authority of the Controller. All subjects who access to computerised data are identifiable and have a personal password; access to personal data is allowed only for the purposes and only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data has been collected.

Personal Data will not be disseminated, but may eventually be transmitted to the Public Authorities that expressly request it to the Data Controller for administrative or institutional purposes, according to the provisions of the current national and European legislation, as well as to subjects authorized for this purpose by the aforementioned legislation. The data can be eventually communicated to subjects used by the Controller uses to carry out its own activities.

The personal data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, with the exception of any possible participation in the research: in this case, the Controller will provide the data subject specific information on the processing activities.

The data subject has the right to access, at any time, to the persona data concerning him/her and to exercise at any time the rights provided for by the current legislation on personal data protection, including the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the erasure of personal data concerning him/her and the right to withdraw consent at any time, if this does not conflict with legal or contractual obligations. The data subject has also the right to obtain the portability of his/her data and to lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Supervisory Authority in the event of unlawful processing or infringement of the abovementioned rights.
